Description

ESB is established to protect the community from a range of hazards. CREST is a voluntary emergency organisation operating in all Australian capital cities and major towns. The initial role of CREST was to monitor the emergency frequencies on the Citizens Band Radio Service, relaying calls for assistance from the public to the relevant emergency service. NSW Rural Fire Service

Description

The Rural Fire Service provides fire management for rural and semi-rural communities across approximately 93% of the area of the State. Services include fire mitigation, prescribed burning, volunteer training, community awareness and education.
